Using with an AXA defender frame lock, fits perfectly. It's a good length, quite heavy but that's what you want from a chain like this.Of course the it is only as good as what it's locked to so probably best used for short stops. Certainly no one will be cutting the chain before they cut the frame lock.Wish it had some sort protective coating on the final large ring to prevent it scratching the frame but that can be easily fixed with some electrical tape.If you already have a compatible frame lock and it fits your use case I can highly recommend it.

This can be made to be a medium security set up if you complete the cinch loop around the Fram and pole and then plug in. a theif would then need to cut the ring lock and then the chain, not just the weaker ringlock. most people don't know what a ring lock is so it looks pretty intimidating to some people.

Ottima catena, a me da una certa sicurezza. Il perno che blocca la spina a occhio non da estrema sicurezza, comunque occorre essere attrezzati e la catena non è così piccola da tagliarla con il primo tagliabulloni. Va bene.

Very strong and unlikely to be broken or cut easily but it is really heavy and not long so you bike needs to be close to whatever you wish to lock it to.

After seeing a review that indicated that this chain didn't work on the reviewer's Gazelle, I called Kryptonite customer support, and was told that it will work on AXA Defender ring locks exept for the Block XXL version. I received the chain today, and it works perfectly.

Nur zur Information: Die Kette passt nicht in ein Axa Blockk XXL Rahmenschloss, welches mir leider vom Farradhandel standartmässig angebracht wurde.Da in der Produktbeschreibung angegeben ist dass die Kette zu Axa und Abus Schlössern passt, dachte ich dass sie auch in mein Schlossbpassen würde, denn eine konkrete Kompatibilitätsliste gibt es leider nicht.Das ist echt schade, denn diese Einsteckkette ist für mich ALTERNATIVLOS! Das liegt daran dass keine andere Einsteckkette 9mm dicke Kettenglieder hat. Natürlich hat sie dadurch auch schon ein ordentliches Gewicht. Bei meinem E-Bike liegt meine Priorität aber bei der Sicherheit, denn schwer ist es ohnehin schon. Die 2 Kilo mehr hätten mir nichts ausgemacht.Leider aber musste ich die Kette zurücksenden und mir die passende Kette von Axa bestellen, die nur 5,5mm dicke Glieder hat.

Positivo- Con una sola llave se puede asegurar y liberar el candado de rueda previamente instalado en la bicicleta y la cadena. Se acopla facilmente a cualquier punto fijo y tiene suficiente longitud.Negativo- El punto al que se ancla en el candado de la bicicleta no es un punto muy seguro. No es una forma de anclaje muy seguro para zonas inseguras o para dejarlo muchas horas. Aunque para salidas de compras de corto tiempo o si tu trabajo es un sitio seguro, es mas que suficiente.
