Used this for a stop block for my radial arm saw. Check the direction of the numbers before buying as you can have the fence on the left or right. Sticks very well and number are very easy to see. The tape is metal for those curious.

I would have given this 5 stars, but the peal off paper kept tearing while pulling it off to attach tape. Other than that it works as designed and makes the miter saw station bench much better. Along with the T-Track and lock stop… it’s a breeze to duplicate cuts.

Used both right and left reading versions for my crosscut sled. I like how it’s actually a metal strip, so I don’t have to worry about getting the tape perfectly flat to maintain accuracy.

The description on both of these products by Amazon was very unclear. It is also misleading. In Amazon's description for both products, it says, "This 12 foot, 1/2 inch wide tape measurer has right-to-left and left-to-right reading options." THEY DON'T! Just to let you know, the KMS7723 reads from (Right to Left) only. The KMS7724 reads (Left to Right) only. I took a gamble and ordered them both because they had different item numbers. I received what I was hoping for. It clearly shows on the product packaging that I received as to which is what. I hope this helps someone out that needs to purchase tapes that read from one direction or the other or need both as I did so that you receive what you are expecting.

I installed it in the Kreg mini track and it worked perfectly. I dry fitted it first and cut it to length. I was concerned by some other reviews as to how I was going to get it in that tight track without it sticking until I was ready. When dry fitting I noticed it naturally wanted to go in on an angle from front to back, so I leveraged that. When I was ready to stick it down I deliberately slid it in on that angle, removing the backing as I went. When I had it where I wanted it, I simply pushed it flat.

I used this for may fence less miter saw stand and it worked great, I like the fact that it is metal as it lays flat and should last along time, the adhesive back is very strong an make it a breeze to install. I would highly recommend this product. Worth noting is there are two options for these, "left to right reading" and "right to left reading" ensure you are ordering the correct one for your application

I bought several of these tape measures for fences I was making for saws in my workshop. They are very substantial, nice sharp markings, adhere extremely well (on a clean surface), and easy to install. What more can you ask? I do which Craig made a shorter version. My longest fence is 4' so I wasted an awful lot of material. I made the mistake on the first tape of just measuring from the blade to the point at which I indexed the tape measure. NOT! Remember, when installing them, to measure to the leading edge of your stop block, but mark along the cursor line to index the tape location. The tape needs to line up with the cursor. Fortunately, because the tape is made of such sturdy material, I was able to remove it and reinstall it at the proper location.
