This product looks nice, but functions very poorly. The sensor is very touchy and does not often times does not start or stop as designed. The bigger issue is after using the faucet for less than 2 years, it leaks at the handle and the cartridge needs to be replaced. The cartridge replacement process is extremely cumbersome, it is as difficult as installing the faucet initially. I wish I had invested in a higher quality faucet like the delta or Moen brand

This is a very good faucet for the kitchen. Some have reported very low water pressure. I had the same issue. All my faucets have good pressure except for this one. I have 3 kitchen faucets in my house. This is what I did to fix the pressure issue. First I removed the head on the faucet (it screws off) so the water is only coming out of the retractable hose. Next fill a glass with water and measure the time it takes. Then do the same for a good flowing faucet. If the kitchen faucet takes much longer to fill the glass, it's not the head causing the issue. The issue (in my case) was the filter in the control box. Turn off the shutoff valves (both hot & cold) from the faucet. Next disconnect the control box. The control box has a filter in it. Mine was covered with sediment (I have well water in my house). Take a can of compressed air and blow all the junk out of the filter. Reconnect everything and test out the pressure. Mine improved 3 times better.

Love My new Faucet. It is beautiful and performs great. It has a 3 minute timer which acts as a water saving mode but sometimes can be a little annoying when you want a loner continuous flow but just takes some getting use to. Touch less is a plus. Love it.

I bought this faucet as part of a kitchen remodel. The faucet works very well and temperature control is accurate and easy, and it definitely feels like solid quality. If you are installing new countertops, then make sure the hole drilled for the faucet is far enough away from the wall for the water to be turned fully on. I failed to do that, so I had to turn the faucet just a few degrees to the left to allow the water to be fully on. The one feature I wish this thing had is a way to disable the motion sensing. There are times when I really like that feature such as when I'm working with raw meat and need to wash my hands multiple times while cooking. But most days I just want to use the handle to turn it on and off but that is not an option.

Excelente diseño (estético) y calidad de materiales y muy fácil instalación, sobre todo el material anti spot con el que está hecho, ya que reduce mucho las manchas de agua en su superficie y la opción del sensor de proximidad para su activación es de mucha utilidad. Como única oportunidad de mejora no se mantiene fija la opción de rocio en la salida, se tiene que mantener oprimido el botón para esta opción mientras se requiera o debe haber mucha presión constante de agua para que se mantenga, ya que por default la salida de agua es un chorro directo.

We have purchased 3 if not 4 kitchen faucets in the past 19 years. Each time I say to Wife and Tony our Plumber, this is it, R U Sure. This time it Really Looks Like We Did it. The feature that we like is the Hands Free Touch. It's not everywhere that U can Touch but on lower left bottom. Actually no need to touch because it actually has a sensor. If it runs to long it shuts off, a Great Feature also. Yes, it's a LOT OF MONEY, but not sure if u got a less expensive one and different name brand would it be as good! I Pray that this Faucet is Really the Best and Last One. Oh! It runs on batteries located under the sink. Tony says batteries will last for a really long time and he showed me how to change and it is ez and simple.

We’ve been big fans of Kraus mechanical faucets for several years, first purchasing one for our vacation rental and then another for our own home. We’ve now built a new home and installed this electronic sensor faucet in our new home in May, 2022. It worked perfectly for 10 months until we experienced “Problem 4” in the Troubleshooting section of the installation guide: the sensor will turn the water on but will not turn the water off. After following the directions and checking the batteries and that the switch button was tightened, the guide instructs that “…this indicates that the control box is damaged” and to “call customer service to request a replacement control box.” The fact that the problem is actually described in the printed manual suggests this has been a known defect for quite some time, well long enough to have been corrected by the company long ago.After submitting the requested receipt, photo of batch # and video of the problem, we received an email reply from a CSR arguing the problem is in fact due to “waving our hand too fast” and the faucet being installed too close to another instant hot water faucet. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! First, it had worked perfectly for 10 months, in that installation and with that hand speed. Second, it is a KNOWN DEFECT actually described in the printed manual. We emailed back demanding immediate replacement of the control box and it was shipped the next day. Once installed, the faucet was back to new.However, the warranty on the electronic parts is only 2 years. If it goes out again in 10 months, we may get it replaced just barely still under warranty but after that we’ll either have to pay or use as a manual faucet. Fairly expensive for just a 2 year lifespan and we can’t recommend this model – disappointed in Kraus!

Automatic feature stopped working a few months in, then pressure decreased and it does not wash well stuff at the bottom of the sink or if you need to spray pots or pans. Overall very bad quality. I got another Kraus faucet unfortunately and it started leaking from the spray switch button 1 year in also. Better spend your money on more quality products as this brand is not worth it.

It’s perfect! I’m so happy I went with matte black. Hired a plumber to get it professionally installed. Installation went smoothly. Works great! Definitely upgraded the whole look of my kitchen. I’ve seen other reviews of the matte black painting chipping. Will update again in a year or two.
