Use for youth wrestling. The size works just fine, fits snug and firm, and stays in place. The kneepad portion design is a bit weird, but it provides protection from mat burn or friction injuries. It does need to be washed often, as my kid found out after I told him, it will smell after you sweat in them one time. Lasted a season and still going strong, so seems like a well-made product.

Use these for jiu-jitsu/mma training and by far one of the best knee pads I've used. Nonslip material grips and firmly holds without any slippage like a majority of other brands.

It can be good knee pads if it could stay in place while actively moving. Also, it fits small even after ordering one size bigger. Materials are not that durable, after the first fall on my knees I got a rip.
