This is a must have for any sued leather products. While it will not totally water proof suede submerging in water it will keep splashes and sprays from soaking in. This is a nice cost effective twin pack.

I had a really hard time finding this product in local stores (Target, Rack Room Shoes, Walmart) and I needed something for the new suede Birkenstocks I just purchased. It works well and is easy to use. I followed the directions on the label, making sure to be outside when spraying it because there is an odor to it. I have been out in the rain with my sandals since using this spray and there are no water marks on the suede at all!

Everything was good, from order to shipping to delivery, just miss judged the size of the products. Description does say 4oz, so it was my fault for thinking regular spray can size in my head. Anyway, worked great on the suede boots that I wanted to protect. Only suggestion for other buyers is the buy more if you want to spray more than 1 pair of boots.

This stuff works. Plain and simple. Easy to apply (and, yes, I do always hit a small spot first to make sure it won't discolor the suede). If you apply this evenly and take your time, it'll do what you are buying it to do - protect against water. To be fair, it won't waterproof your shoes...they won't suddenly become a pair of submersible rubber boots just by coating them with the suede protector. You won't run faster, walk on water, kick higher or dance better, but your suede shoes - particularly if they are blue and prone to folks not staying off of them - will last longer and not get destroyed if it rains.Put several coats on them, in a well ventilated area, and let them dry completely and air out. Pricey for what it is, but good stuff to keep the wife and daughters happy.
