Sturdy and durable. Multi-functional - can be pushed, pulled, or harness-drug behind one’s self. Capable of loading incredibly heavy weight amounts. Although a bit pricey, this is DEFINITELY worth the cost!

This is an awesome sled. It feels solidly built. It's compact but still allows for both push and pull exercises. It also comes with a harness that has worked well so far. The only caveat is if you are a taller person then the max height push handles may still be too low. The max height is listed in the description.

Bought this for my boyfriend to train with for an upcoming race and he couldn't be more thrilled with the product. He pulls it up and down our street so the neighbors may not approve as much, but I will say the bottom has held up quite well even pulling on the hard asphalt. Great price and super easy to use as far as switching out the weights.

Needed a sled to pull weights, as was training for climbing Mount Fuji. Did the job what I wanted. added weights to the sled and pulled this quite well.

Assembly is a little finicky but very worth it. Pay attention how you want it lined up. Once it's together it's sturdy and the short or high side give you variety in your work out.

Sled arrived today and I put it to use. First of all, I'm 5'6" and about 155 lbs. The shoulder straps work fine for me. Once the tension is applied to start pulling, the straps stay in place. I wore an unzipped hoodie with my first workout today (it was chilly). No problem with the straps. The sled is built very well. When I put the 2" post in and tightened the nut, I noticed that there was a slight wiggle and some noise to it (not a big deal). To minimize the movement/noise, I cut plastic strips from the wrapping of a case of water bottles (maybe 2" x 1" strips) folded in half and slid it down around the outside of the post into the slot where the post fits (one on one side, one on the other). Worked well. Other tip: I used mesh shelf liner (cut squares with a hole in the center) and put in between the weight plates and before I put the first plate on, which again minimized clanking noise. This really worked well. I really like this sled, first workout was great. The straps and hardware are good quality. It also pivots around easy when you turn around to go the opposite direction. Very nice sled. Would recommend it.

Easy to assemble, and solid enough. There's some flex if I really try to bend the bars, but it serves its purpose and didn't break the bank. It's not going to fall apart on you, that's for sure. The nice feature here is that the vetical bars means you want have to get lower than you want to to push. the straps are the right length, not too long. You want to push with the bars, and pull by walking backwards. I bought a third party waist belt, can't speak to what's here, but I did use the OEM straps because the third-party ones were way too long. When I push, I put my arms under the straps to clear the way so they don't get tangled up in my legs. This workout is DEVASTATING in the best way. If you're not used to this, you will be gassed and your heart rate sky high in no time. I can't make it past 30 mins. My muscles are fried in the best way. Today I averaged 141 heart rate during my half-hour session, and that's exactly where I need to be.

I highly recommend this sled. The angled front end makes for smoother running over divots and depressions, "particularly during sprints". The outer metal of the sled is tubular but it is thick and sturdy as are the metal rope loops, I expect this sled to last well over 20 years. I have standard 2-inch Olympic plates and they fit on the plate holder. If your plate holes are smaller than standard they will not fit. I should mention, the only reason I choose this sled is because of the angled front end. I sometimes run on trails in the woods where I encounter raised tree roots. But, if you plan to train exclusively on a level football or soccer field, save some money and buy some of the other sleds, many of which are similarly built. So, the only negative I have is that the body harness is super large. I am 5'8", 150 pounds and the shoulder straps are so loose that they frequently fall of my shoulders. I had to use a small rope to tie the straps together in the center of my chest, that did the trick but I found that simply relying on the adjustable waist belt part of harness worked just as well. Otherwise, the harness is made of nice, fairly thick material, I expect it to last at least five years but more likely ten years or so based on frequency of use. I considered giving 4 stars because the shoulder straps on the body harness are so large but I just really like the sled, so that into consideration if the comfort of the body harness is important to you. If you are tall and/or large the large straps will be a benefit.I should mention, if you have never used a sled before note that no sled has a super smooth slide, instead, the motion will be jerky, particularly when you are performing sprints. However, the longer the rope the smoother the run. The rope that comes with the sled is a standard length (approx. 5 feet) but I recommend buying a 10 to 15 foot rope and tie it to the rope that comes with the sled, trust me it will "greatly reduce" sled jerking and make your exercise more enjoyable. Happy training!I hope this writeup is helpful, the corporations stick together and some falsely advertise so, we need to stick together and include short written reviews on products to offset any misleading information.
