茶葉を入れた後、蓋をスライドさせて閉めようとすると茶葉が散らばりがちです。また蓋が閉まっているか確認しても、お湯に入れた状態で蓋が外れてしまうこともしばしばあります。洗いやすい点、ホルダーに立てて収納できる点、ぱっと見のデザインは気に入っています。

This is the best tea infuser on Amazon. The sliding portion is completely removable for easy cleaning, it has a detent so when it’s closed, it’s fully closed and no stray leaves sneak into your cup.Would buy again.

[手間]ティースプーン兼茶こしなのでとにかく飲むまでの道具の数と手間がない。構造が単純なので洗うのも楽。茶葉を出すのも楽なので掃除も楽。[見た目]無駄のない見た目で素晴らしい。部屋との親和性を崩さないデザインなので飽きも来ない印象。[使いやすさ]サイズも小さく軽いので気軽に使える。ティースプーンとしても申し分ない。[耐久性]今の所問題ない。構造も単純なのでよほど雑に扱わない限りそう簡単に壊れないと思われる。[総評]毎日緑茶を飲んでいる自分としては手間もなく洗うのも楽なので使い安い良い製品だと思う。耐久性についてはこれからだが、20日程使っていても問題ないので丁寧に扱えば壊れないだろうと思う。

I use this Tea Strainer 3 - 4 times a day. I use Lipton loose leaf tea and it works great. Easy to clean too.

Water tends to pool in the "holder", but that's not really a big issue. Just dump it out once in a while.9/25/13 Edit - After three months of nearly daily use (on weekdays), the cover has broken. The ABS just can't take the heat of brewed tea, and the metal lid has popped off.

I had a mesh ball for my loose leaf tea but that did not work very well for rooibos which ended up floating all over my cup. This has smaller holes, seals well, and cleans up quickly. My only gripe is that it costs quite a bit more than my $4 tea ball.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT--DO NOT BUY!I can't believe such an expensive product ($20 for a tea strainer is not cheap) can fall apart so easily.I bought this as gift for my wife who loves tea. We've only had it for approx. one month and the plastic on it has started to deform and 'melt'. The housing (non-mesh) part is all plastic and my wife uses it 1-2 times a day.We've never put it in the dishwasher; hand-wash only and even then just a light rinse sometimes.It worked great at first and was super convenient to just be able to use this to scoop up loose tea, close it, and drop it into cup. However, after a few weeks we started to notice loose leaves in the tea. Then it got worse. Now we can barely slide the lid close as it's misshapen.What a waste of money!

Works as advertised, simple to clean and gives plenty of room for the tea to infuse inside. The holes are small enough to keep schmutz out of your mug also. Great value.
