Piece of junk. You would expect the zipper to last for longer than 2 months. Other than that, the product was decent. You need to make sure you put in enough water in the bag so that it could stay upright enough to drain properly. You need to check on the bags every so often to make sure that they are still draining because the drain holes could get turned upwards and not drain. Or, the water would not flow out of the bags depending on how the bags are positioned.Updated: Upping to 3 stars because of the great customer service. They were courteous and quickly sent a replacement product.

These bags provide a slow release of water to prevent water run-off and deliver necessary moisture to the tree roots. They are very helpful at protecting trees in drought areas. The first time I used the bag, I had to make sure that the two small water delivery holes in the bottom creases were not blocked by the weight of the bag.
