The first tub delivered was destroyed. Returning and refunding was a little hassle as it was an outside company. The second order was delivered by a different company and wasn’t damaged at all. Tub fit in our corner bath.

Buyer beware. I thought I was buying a quality product by a renowned brand. My bath has developed a 1" x 2" spidercrack in the corner between the floor and the side of the bath. Customer Service by Jacuzzi is so so if you do have an issue. Having proof of purchase is insufficient you must also have the serial number before they even want to consider your issue. I was told that the crack was not under warranty and referred to a supplier to have it repaired at my cost. This review is about the product and not about the place where I bought it from, since I did not get my tub via Amazon.

Smaller than the one we had in our last house. Bought from Lowes the outside dimensions were the same but when I went to get in it, it was smaller. And to top it off unless the water is filled to the tippy top it throws it on the walls. And yes, I tipped the nozzles down as far as they would go.Pretty disgusted with this product and feel I got screwed.
