Unfortunately, the sink arrived with lots of damage. The sink itself was not longer square, and the bottom of the sink had dents. We are returning it and getting something in a higher price range. Shipping should not cause this much damage to stainless steel, meaning even if the sink had no damage upon shipment, it likely wouldn’t hold up very well over time.

I ordered this sink ahead of countertops being installed. By the time the package was opened it was too late to return. It arrived with large dents.As it turns out the sink I received was previously purchased and returned by someone else. Based on the packaging, it is clear that it was unpackaged and partially assembled. So as far as I can tell, I was sold a damaged product that had previously been returned by someone else.

Came a day early, very well packed. Quality look and feel. Great sink.Barely fit in the hole in my cabinet, had to do some cutting and improvising to get it in. For your reference you need a good inch of clearance on each side for retainers and pins. The retainers are quality and work well but one of the anchors pulled off the sink on the back side. The clearance between the cabinets in my counter was so close I had to tie wire on the side pins on the sink and tie it to the anchors which I screwed onto the cabinet below the sink. Also, the way the edge of the sink is made, in order to get it to sit flat on the cabinet only the first 3/8 of an inch of the lip can engage the countertop.Also scratches very easily, scratched it the very first time we put anything in it. I rate this sink "serviceable", not excellent. Had to immediately spend another twenty dollars for protectors for the bottom to prevent damage. For the price it's ok, nothing more.

We returned this sink. No sound barriers around the sink, and a thinner stainless steel was used. Would not recommend.

Sink did not come with mounting accessories or baskets for drains! It also does not use a standard mounting system, so you can’t even buy anything for it… terrible product!

Sink went in easily. Instructions were clear. It was packaged super well. It's beautiful. I love the deeper sinks. They get 2 thumbs up.
