the sink is fine, but it was missing the instrutions and the mounting clips.

The sink came packaged nicely. Seems like a decent thickness and was pretty affordable. That is the good, now onto the bad. You use a template to cutout hole for sink in countertop. The hole leaves you very minimal space between where the mounting clips go and the outside edge of the sink. We are talking less than a quarter of an inch. I have years of dyi experience but decided that maybe there’s something I’m not doing right. I try calling customer service, no bueno, there is none. This sink is of no value due to the very difficult task of cutting hole perfectly in order to try to get it to work.

The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the outside boundaries of the sink, where it makes contact with the countertop was distorted. I had to very carefully use a block of wood and hammer to pound it into shape in several places to get it to seat flat and properly on my new hickory butcher block countertop. That was a nuisance I could have done without but in the end I like the nice 9" depth and all is good.

Loving how deep the basins are & how easy it has been to keep clean & shiny. Installation was pretty self explanatory with or without instructions 😊 Our family loves the sink!

Came without drains as in picture but the big problem is the hold downs don't work and the sink is not pressed flat. The corners all stick 1/16" above the counter. Buy lots of silicone.

got as a replacement to update my old beat up sink ... at the same time i got a second single bowl stainless sink for the laundry room and that made me realize what a cheezy sink this one is .. it does have 2 things going for it - its low price and the huge radius corners are easy to wipe out ... beyond that its all negative, the bowls are tiny for a 33/22, there is non-existent sound deadening no pads nothing the neighbors a block over will know when you wash dishes lol ... the finish although not hideous is a rough brushed surface and not as bright as i wanted, looks dull, and has a tint to it that is a hint of orange, i guess hence the name 'glowtone' ... and finally the mounting rail is going to be the biggest pita you ever encountered in all your born years of home improvement ... have chizels, drills, a router, and jigsaw all lined up and ready to hack your counter up to get it in .. im sure it will be solid once you get it prepped .. bottom line is im going to be installing something else ...

I bought this sink after realizing that the cheap contractor-grade sink I currently had wouldn't support the weight of my new faucet. It goes to show . . . you buy a new faucet, then you gotta buy a new sink, then you gotta buy a new disposal and before you know it, you've replaced the whole darned kitchen. But back to the sink: I ordered the 18 gauge model as the 22 and 20 gauge metals are too flimsy. The lower the number, the weightier the metal. The double sinks are a deep 19 inches, which I love and the metal is tough as nails (literally). After scoping out the net and reading about metals--of which I have NO interest, I settled on this one. I LOVE it and at the low price, ya can't beat it. Make sure you're ordering the gauge you want, as there are several to choose from on this listing.

I researched a lot of sinks and read a lot of reviews before deciding on this sink. We had a stainless sink already but it was a shallow contractor sink that had stains and looked very dull. This one is beautiful and the 9" deep bowls are just what we needed. Not sure about the review that said the metal is thin because ours is very thick with a heavy soundproofing on the bottom and sides. The satin finish is gorgeous...I just love it!. For those who complain about water marks, I'm not sure what you expect but it's a sink and you use water to wash things so unless you live in a model home with people passing through every minute, there will be spots and you can wipe them away if you are that anal. I even left a can in the sink overnight and the rust stain wiped out right away with soap and the dishcloth. We have a regular countertop so our plumber installed it with no problems and had no complaints about the clips. Our faucet is tall but not a single pulldown so we used 3 holes and have had no problems with the back pulling up. The delivery was quick and the sink was perfect right out of the box. It is a beautiful sink and Amazon has the best price if you are on a tight budget. I also bought the Houzer 190-9180 Stainless Steel Drain Basket Strainer, 3-1/2-Inch that was recommended with the sink so everything would match up. There were other sinks for a lot more money that i would have considered if we had the money but i'm extremely happy with this one...no need to pay more!

As in another review, the back of the sink was too thin (and I got the thicker 18 gauge stainless steel) to keep the faucet from flexing/moving when you turn it on....may have to go down and get a shorter faucet with no pull down sprayer, which is fine, you can't tell these things ahead of time. More later. We too are trying to make do....shorter faucet would be cheaper too. Kids are hard on sinks; can't have a delicate one....the sink looks beautiful otherwise. I'll update the end result later.April, 2015 - Sink has held up great....got the recommended grates for the bottom....and I really like them.....keep items that scratch from resting/rusting on bottom.....stainless steel sinks not scratch proof, but sure stay looking clean longer and easier to clean...bought a side sprayer, works great; plumber put in another drain before I could give him houzer drain; I am ordering now....I think better....the one he put in was cheap; but couldn't have my husband tell him to redo....now we will redo....glad I didn't get taller faucet....would have been more splash in this sink. After using for a couple of years updated it to five stars.
