This mirror is absolutely gorgeous and makes my bathroom feel like I’m in a luxury resort! The seller was amazing as I had an issue with my mirror. They sent a new one to me, no questions asked. I highly suggest this mirror.

I installed this LED mirror to modernized my guest bath. Added a recessed light receptacle for it, connected to vanity light.It’s superb. I like the dimming & anti-fog controls. At the selling price, it’s a great value.I contacted the seller CS via Amazon CS for additional brackets (it came with 2). The seller CS responded within 3 minutes & offered to ship additional brackets. I may not need them, as two seems to be holding the mirror adequately, but truly appreciate the kindness of the seller’s CS.I may be tempted to buy two additional mirrors for my other bathroom!

We purchased the mirror 4 months ago. it looked good on the wall. This afternoon my husband noticed the light would not turn on. He held it with both hands to take it down when it completed shattered and exploded on his face. Thanks to God he did not get injured. We would not recommend buying this product!

Just as described. I wired the mirror light so it turns on with the vanity light. You can turn the mirror on and dim the light with the factory mirror control switch beside the defogger control switch.

5* for mirror. And 6* for seller!Looks GREAT in our bathroom reno. Mirror is somewhat heavy so you'll need 2 people to get it installed properly. You can *try* it alone, but I would not recommend it. 40x28 is heavy!Installation went well - just ensure you use a good level and drill bit. Measure twice - drill once!Looks awesome. Very happy with purchase!There WAS an issue with my initial order. AMZ product link pointed to incorrect size mirror. So recieved wrong size mirror! :( Had to return it. Not sure it was Sellers 'fault'.Nonetheless, I contacted seller and they responded quickly. Profusely apologized for the inconvenience! Found 'bug' and relisted item and then contacted me again to tell me listing was now correct.Placed new order, received the next day. they then followed up - again - to ensure all was good and that we had no issues with mirror.Cannot ask for better service than that! So 5* on the mirror. 6* on the Seller! :)

I purchased my 17 months ago and the are both broken. $500 down the drain. Now I am left w 2 $ 100 pretty mirrors. Not my intention when I fell in love with these.I saw these first at my girlfriends house when she was doing her b room. She purchased them in a mother location ( same price). I was enthralled by them. I knew I had to have them. 2 months later I started my b room and I purchased them. Both of my girlfriends mirrors stopped working after 22 months.I contacted the vendor letting them know what’s happened. I did not expect much. To my surprise he ask me to send photos of me trying to put the light on and of. I sent those photos asap! I was so encouraged. I did not expect new mirrors. I never heard back from them. This made me mad. They should have contacted me back and said they have no answer. Something customer servicey. I will give the vendor a OMG! Customer service. Customer service!I am here to tell you I know I’d two people, my girlfriend and myself who have purchased this mirror a total of 4 and none of them lasted past 22 months.Don’t buy it because it’s gorgeous. Its a bad expensive buy. It will damage your wall if you want to take it down because it is an electrical installation. Bad, expensive and a wall damaging installation. Don’t buy. You’ll be sorry. I am. I wasted $500 !

Pretty much like everything. Installation really takes two people, otherwise all is good. ( Please overlook the patches in the wall around the edges as they have nothing to do with the mirror and were caused by the removal of a larger wall attached mirror). I have had this mirror now for about one year and it is very nice. My title "durable" relates to the fact that this mirror was knocked over while resting on the bedroom floor leaned up against our bed while awaiting installation. It landed on my contractors tool bag and I thought for sure it was destroyed, but it did not break or crack or damage in any way! The first mirror I ordered (from another source) was never delivered as it was damaged in the crate!!We really enjoy the mirror and the lighting is on a separate source than our basic lighting. It's nice in the night if we need to turn on the light but want a soft and low light so as not to light up the whole area!I highly reccommend.

I ordered this mirror for bath Reno however with delays only have been able to install in beginning of nov….I had ordered it in March but it was stored in a room temperature controlled and in the shipping container. Went to turn it on today and nothing turns on, power switch checked and it is not the wires. Replacement sent and worked great for about a month and now lights do not turn on again we have literally gotten IOne month use out of it

I got two 36”x28” and was exactly what I was looking for... after reviewing several LED mirror I decided to give it a chance...Pros1.-good value for the money.2.-it is bright which I love it3.-looks pretty cool4.-relative easy to install if you don’t add the on/off switchCons1-. It came damage due to the bad boxing. (See picture) I wish the company can do something about it because it is an easy fix. (I decided no to change it because the damage was on the top part and no one would see it)2.- poor quality cable, I would change it for something thinner because it creates a little bump in the back, but it does the job.3.- Even though the mirror has an off/on switch I do recommend to instal separate off/on switch because it is always consuming energy.

Replacing light fixture and mirror in guest bathroom with this mirror. It looks way more modern and is super functional. Although it looked like it would be relatively easy to install, I opted for an electrician to do it because there was no ground wire coming from the mirror and I just didn’t want to mess it up. (30 min total) There is a tiny delay from flicking the switch to the mirror lighting up but it seems to work well. You can adjust the brightness by holding down the power button on the mirror. It’s a fairly intense LED, so if you are looking for soft white, this isn’t for you, although you can dim the bright white. Haven’t used the anti-fog feature yet. It arrives well-packed in styrofoam. I just hope it lasts over time, but I have no reason to believe it won’t. Ordered 2 more for my master bathroom. For $200 each (with Amazon Coupon) it’s worth it for a little bathroom spruce-up.
