Bowl arrived without the funnel, customer service was excellent. Couldn't use the bowl for this trip since I'm out of time and flight leaves in a couple of days but overall they seem to stand by their product. Bowl did seem cheap though and I went with another alternative that was made of a more durable plastic. At this price point I expected something of a bit higher quality.Maybe I'll try again in the future but wound up with a different double bowl from a different supplier and a little funnel that hangs off the wire door of the crate by a little clip from yet another company.
