The silicone insert being usable as a lid as well as a bowl liner is very handy and easy to wash. The bowl holds water and hasn't rusted yet. Can't ask for much more.

We are the kind of family who takes our dog with us to most places. These are easy to use containers for his food and water. The one container collapses easily but is durable enough for our dog to drink water out of.I have a plastic Ziploc that I keep the food in for traveling and I keep it stored in the food bowl with the water container doubling as a lid. I love how functional this product is and how well it travels!

These bowls are impressive! High quality and sturdy material that will last years. They are a breeze to clean and store. They fit well in a bag or tucked in the car, making them super functional for those who go on hikes or to the dog park frequently!

As a dog owner, I’ve found this portable dog bowl set to be a great addition to my routine for all of my pups. The quality is top-notch—both bowls are well-made and feel incredibly durable, which I appreciate for long-term use.The stainless steel bowl is the perfect size for trips, providing just the right amount of space for food or water without being too bulky to carry around. What truly stands out, though, is the collapsible silicone bowl. It’s so handy for walks, car rides, or any time my dog and I are out and about. Its lightweight and compact design make it easy to pack, and it’s simple to pop open whenever my dog needs a quick drink.One of my favorite features is how the silicone bowl doubles as a lid for the stainless steel one. This clever design makes it incredibly easy to store food, especially for small dogs or for wet food. It’s a thoughtful detail that adds a lot of convenience, whether I’m traveling or just need to keep things tidy.Both bowls come with silicone handles, which are a nice touch, although I don’t really use the handle on the stainless steel bowl. The silicone bowl’s handle, however, is great for attaching to a bag or leash if you add a clip.Overall, this set has proven to be incredibly practical and reliable. It’s a thoughtfully designed product that makes feeding and hydrating my dog so much easier when we’re on the go.

I'd gotten this with the intention of using it as a to-go bowl to keep in my truck for the times when I have to take my dog somewhere, or just to keep in the truck in case I end up finding some other critter that needs food and water while I'm out.But in the meantime, I've been using it myself because it's the only bowl I have that's the perfect size for Ramen noodles lol I can pour the hot water in the metal bowl, with the noodles, and then cover it with the silicone lid (in the flattened position), so that it keeps the heat in. The bowl itself, being metal, gets really hot at first, but the attached handle makes it easier to drain the excess water without burning my hand on the bottom of the bowl.Honestly, I might end up getting another one or two of these now, just because this one work so well for Ramens, but I do still want to keep one in the truck for animal outings or emergencies.I like that the silicone bowl doubles as a lid. I wouldn't try to put water in the metal bowl and cover it with the lid, just because I don't think that it creates a water-tight seal, but I'm sure it'd be fine to keep food in the bowl with the lid on. (I'd just suggest putting the food in there day-of, as opposed to keeping some in there for long periods of time. I know mice have no problem chewing their way through silicone, so I wouldn't want to risk that.)They're both really easy to clean, and the metal bowl is large enough to store a meal but not too large to be bulky or take up a lot of room. I really like it!

Great bowls for travel. They are durable and very easy to pack. Great for camping with your dog too! Broad base and good stability! Great value for outlay.

This 2.36” x 6.89” travel dog bowl is made out of “rust-resistant, food grade BPA free 304 stainless steel” and “100% BPA-Free and food-grade silicone.” The food bowl has a black powder-like finish applied to it and it holds approximately five cups of food. There is a small handle on the outside of the food bowl for easy carrying. The water bowl/lid holds approximately three and three/quarters cups of water. It can easily be collapsed to serve as the lid to the food bowl. Everything fits perfectly together.I will be moving across the country sometime next year so I needed a food/water bowl so that I could easily care for my two cats while traveling. I have looked at many systems but this one reigned supreme. It’s made out of reliable components, stores away quickly and efficiently, and will hold adequate amounts of food and water while we are stopped at a hotel. When they are finished eating and drinking, I can easily dump out the water, dry the silicone off, and then snap it tightly on top of their food bowl until we arrive at the next stop.No care instructions were provided with the bowl or on the description page. Because this unit is made out of stainless steel and silicone, I would think that the pieces are dishwasher safe, but I will be washing mine out by hand.I would happily recommend this duo travel dog food bowls to anyone who travels and requires a high-quality product. I’m not sure large dogs would do well eating out of this bowl but small or medium dogs, and all cats, would have no problem utilizing this product.
