I installed four of these in a hallway 5 years ago and never had an issue, they're still working great, no flickering or burnout. These are not cheap, but they are well made, they come with triple push connectors, and they have a backing frame so you don't ruin your ceiling. So I bought another batch to install in another room.First issue: as another reviewer mentioned, there are missing parts! I found all the clips, but two screws were missing, and I had to improvise. I didn't have this problem 5 years ago. Juno, if you're reading this: either put the drivers in a plastic bag, or seal that cardboard box! Right now these screws are probably gathering dust under a shelf in a logistics warehouse.Second issue: the enclosures are tight. Especially if you are chaining them together. And *especially* if you are using solid 12-gauge wire. I highly recommend using stranded 14-gauge if you can, otherwise closing that box will be a challenge!

Missing parts EVERYTIME!!! Need black support clips. I’ve tried reviews. So much trouble to return and when on a schedule to get things done just don’t have the time hunting special screws and reordering entire units just to get the clips I need to hold light up. Juno PLEASE get all parts together, and if they are falling out of the cracks in the corners of boxes because they are apart. Seal the boxes. If only happened once, understandable. Twice ok. But I’m probably on 5th or 6th time.
