I'm not sure if it's safe for someone with a pacemaker as I believe the battery pack could interfere with the electrical transmission of the pacemaker. I don't see any reviews on this or safety concerns

The vest arrived nicely packed and included a power pack with 2 usb and 1 usb-c output that fits into a secure inside pocket. Unlike many other heated vests, this does have a standard right hand quality zipper. I purchased an extra large which gave me plenty of room for a sweater. It is a generous length and does not ride up. The main feature of course is the heat. It warms up quickly and provides even heat. I also like the retractable hood. Highly recommended.
