I loved the color and look of these dishes, and was so excited to use them. But after just one meal, the surfaces was permanently scratched by my silverware and worsened with each meal! They do not look good anymore. Also, if you have any sensitivity to the sound of scraping on dishes, do not buy!!! It is so loud and screechy. I have a slight sensitivity to this sound on most dishes, but with these dishes, it’s unbearable!

LOVE! These dishes are perfect and exactly what I was looking for to match the rest of my matte black set. They have a nice weight to them (but aren't too heavy) and are a true matte black color. I've put them through the dishwasher and microwave a few time without issue. I ordered a second set as well.

These are great plates that seem to be made of a nice material and clean very easily. The only problem we have is that they scratch very easily.
