Coleman CT200U with 196cc motor, 5/8" bore 10-tooth 420 chain, fit perfect and shifts at a good rpm. Acts like a new bike, and will idle again. The springs on the old one got too hot and engage at too low rpm.

I bought this as a replacement clutch for my minibike. It arrived and I promptly tried to install it. It went on about 3/4" and stopped and became seized on the drive shaft. I finally got it off with great difficulty and measured the bore size at .62" (15.9mm). I measured the motor (Hisun 196cc) drive shaft and it measured .62 as well. 5/8" is .625. This clutch bore is too small to fit a 5/8" shaft. I tried to install it on a 97cc motor with 5/8" drive shaft and it could not be installed on that motor either. Looks like a manufacturing tolerance issue with the clutch. Now I have a paperweight and my wallet is 20 bucks lighter. Buyer beware.
