TOOL ARRIVED ON TIME. TOOL IS AS ADVERTISED. WORKED PERFECTLY.REALLY POOR JOB ON PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING. WOULD HAVE GOTTEN 5 STAR RATING,BUT BOX WAS WAY OVERSIZED, TOOL WAS JUST LAYING LOOSE WITH LITTLE PACKING MATERIAL, NO INVOICE, PACKAGE WAS POORLY TAPED, BOX WAS GAPING OPEN SO TOOL COULD HAVE FALLEN OUT. I WAS REAL LUCKY TO RECEIVE THIS SHIPMENT.

The box it showed up in was Trashed and there was a single puller not the set they show waiste of time and money!!!!and it comes damaged quality is not any kind of adjective i would use with the company or product.....Buyer Beware!!!!!

the picture i ordered the item by showed at the top of this servey a set of pullers yet you only sent me one.i thought i was getting a set of pullers like in the picture the description was not accurate.

This item is useless to me as in the advertisement it says it’s a 8 pc as per the picture but I find out when received it is only one item that fits something else other than what I have. Advertising is a scam and I can’t even return the useless piece of steel

There are so many various clutch pullers on the market. Some at half the price but beware they may be made with a softer metal which you won’t want when pulling a stubborn clutch. My buddy from afar who walked me thru the clutch pulling diy said I have a few cheap pullers in my tool box that stripped after a single use and are only good for punches now. He said EPI is the only way to go. So I took his advice. Yes my clutch was very stubborn but the EPI puller did the job and does not show any signs of wear. The seller shipped quickly and was competitive in price.

I used another puller unsuccessfully. This puller worked without fail, and absolutely no damage. I really thought something was gonna break, not sure if it was gonna be the tool, the clutch, or me. I figured somewhere between 300-400lb/ft of torque and it violently exploded off my sled.

solid unit!! be sure to apply anti seize to the tip and threads before using. pulling the 2016 rzr primary off took quite a bit of torque on the impact and a light tap of a hammer. Afterwords the tool looked like new, threads were perfect, tip was not marred. quality steel tool, spend the extra $$ on this one and don't risk the damage to your primary threads.

if heat treated like EPI say should be good not tried yet for primary clutch rzr 900 xp do not buy no heat treated puller risk of bend and difficult to removePhil

This puller worked perfectly on my 02 EDGE 600 RMK, and should work for all US twin-cylinder engines from 2000 to 2014. Be sure to verify and cross-reference the OEM clutch puller part number with your application, I bought this after buying the wrong one (different brand) based on a completely inaccurate description. That said, I'm fairly certain EPI's application guide is accurate. This puller is very well made; I've only used it once, but it shows no signs of wear. Again, verify your application before you order, but I highly recommend this puller.
