Its hard to find thread repair in M7x1 but I had cam cap threads rip out of my ported polished, and freshly decked cylinder head (2014 ford fusion) when adjusting the valve lash for new cams. I was able to use this kit to rethread the stripped holes and found more wire inserts at 'thread tool supply's' website.The kit comes with probably15 inserts, and all the tools needed to make the repair except the drill and the tap holder itself. No need to guess what size drill bit you need or go looking for a punch. Only thing to look out for is this kit comes with the longer inserts which was great in this instance, but sometimes you're limited by depth and need the small ones. I'd still order this kit but order the short inserts separate if I came into this situation in the future. Just make sure to check thread insert depth before applying Loctite and breaking the tab.
