This is a lightweight and breathable vest. It has 4 pockets, 2 hand warming pockets and 2 inside pouch pockets behind the outer hand warming pockets, which is nice. You'll throw this on if there's a breeze but it's also giving you extra pockets.The quality is generally decent. The IZOD logo is a hard plastic material for some reason, you'd think it'll just be printed on... but apparently this is a feature; I do not like it.The cut of the vest is more of a classic cut or regular fit. It is not a slim fit if that's more your preference.I like the textured appearance of the front of the vest. Though it is lightweight it's not as light as I would've liked. It is soft overall. I don't know

I'm always cold in the office and have come to like vests more than bulky sweaters. I have several wool ones but sometimes they feel a little formal--this does a nice job of spanning the gap--you could certainly wear this out for walks in the fall/spring, or be very comfortable wearing it around a business casual office environment.Fabric has nice stretch to it while retaining its shape. Zipper feels solid and so far it's washing well--no shrinkage or fading and I'm the type that washes everything on warm, normal, and then tosses it in the dryer--regardless of what the label says. I'm 5'7 215 lbs and the Large fits me perfectly.It's light weight but as warm and effective as my wool vests--but nicer looking than say a fleece alternative.

Over the last few years I've grown to respect and appreciate some vests in my wardrobe. I live in northern Ohio so we have a true 4 seasons here. This is a lighter weight vest that is great for spring and fall weather or perhaps an early morning round of golf where you may want a little more layering but maybe you don't like or want long sleeves for that or other activities.Now in the winter if it's usually 20 F or warmer I may wear a vest with flannel if I'm out and about. This wouldn't really look as good with that setup unless maybe you had a nicer looking flannel - I have the light blue vest.But this is stylish and I appreciate the textured pattern they used in the material. The zipper works fine and it has 2 exterior open pockets - no zipper or snap or flaps to close off the pockets. Inside you have 2 large pockets and yes, they are pockets whereas some vests have what looks like that but they may not be stitched on the bottom but may offer more insulative warmth. So with this interior pockets at your torso maybe if you had a hat or light gloves you could tuck those items in there. Anything heavier may look goofy with it pulling or protruding and making it look odd from the outside.All in all for the price I think it's nice and can help add some warmth and comfort or style to an outfit or some active outfit. The sizing to me felt just a touch big. I normally wear men's large for all shirts, coats and vests. I felt this was a good length but maybe just a touch more loose on the torso. I'm 5'10" 175lb but if I maybe wore a polo and tucked it in the slight loose fit there may fill this a bit better so it doesn't look a touch baggy on me.All in all no complaints though!

This Izod men's vest looks great and is comfortable to wear. It fits me like I expected it to and has held up to several trips through the washer so far.

My husband loves a vest and wears them a lot especially during transition seasons. He was excited to get this one in the light grey color. He likes the material, which is soft and lightweight. It also washes well. We did wash on gentle cycle. However, it does run big. He is a solid XL in almost everything but the XL in this vest is just too big and looks really frumpy instead of the sleek, put-together look that is intended. I think he would really enjoy it if we had ordered the large instead.

Very nice vest! Adds a bit of elegance to an outfit, adds a layer of warmth to cold weather!The brand IZOD is well repected and this vest is no exception! It's light weight, yet warm! The pockets are great. My husband was excited that I ordered this for him and he's already worn it to church and says it was very comfortable!

Not super think or constricting and a good weight for an extra layer when you don't need extreme warmth. This fit true to size and feels well made. The zipper works well and I'd feel confident giving this as a gift. The color was also exactly as expected.
