*Update: My below review still holds true, but I believe I got one of these faulty. Or it has a shielding issue. It is very sensitive and if I even touch the adapter I lose all signal for a few seconds. And the wire needs to be in a particular position to work....it's dumb and confusing but I have it working but I also don't really understand what is wrong with it. But the other one is working fantastic so I know something is off with the first one. 3 Stars only for a faulty product delivered. Device still does what I need it too. These devices are perfect to make an RV exterior coaxial into a wifi cable for an interior router. I live in a renovated RV and I have always had to have a cord come inside from a crack in a window to get ethernet into a router. These two adapters allowed me to turn the old Cable/Sattelite connection pre-installed in the RV into an ethernet cord. One on each end of the RV's coaxial and plugged into a Router and now I can have internet in my Trailer without having a window cracked. These devices allow up to 100 Mb/s, which if you use Starlink like myself is about all you can get sometimes. The biggest thing is that they don't require power, I was dreading having to hook up power for adapters on both ends but these don't need any. They are perfect to adapt your RV coaxial into something useful in today's age. Again, if you want faster speeds than 100 Mb/s, these won't get you there. You'll need ones that take power if you want faster.

After many trials and errors I manage to make it work and it does work well, but newer hardware (PC, laptop, routers) might have hard time to configure the IP address and make it work at the beginning.Eventually I manage to turn around some routers and by using an older one it would work on the cable I had available but not exactly a plug and play thing.

this an edit of my initial positive review after trying to use more than one pair, I tried connecting 5 cameras to a Ubiquiti switch I cannot recommend these devices. they become flaky and lose connection when more than one pair are connected to a switch. what is working perfectly for me are these devices https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07G194BQD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Maximum working distance is about 50 ft, not as the manufacturer specs 220m( 721ft). For the price and performance is just as expected. You get what you pay for...
