Cable Standard:
Cable’s quality directly affect the video signal transmission quality. In order to achieve good quality signal transmission, recommend use Standard CAT 5e/6 or better UTP cable. Warm Tip:
The Cable quality, could use “Multimeter” check one pcs twist pair wire’s DC Impedance. Normally request DC Impedance
Dial Switch
Dial Switch use for adjust contrast. Different compound mode makes different level of contrast.
Level 1 (Lowest) : “1” “2” “3” “4” all the tap position turn up
Level 2: “1” turn down, “2” “3” “4” turn up.
Level 3: “1” “2” turn down, “3” “4” turn up.
Level 4: “1” “2” “3” turn down, “4” turn up.
Level 5 (Hightest): “1” “2” “3” “4” all the tap position turn down
Notic: HD CVI/TVI/AHD Cameras only have to use “1” tap position. (“2” “3” “4” can not use, otherwise , the image will be abnormal), the Max distance: 400M

The active Balun is exactly as described.I tested the unit and it worked fine.I will update if it doesn't work in a permanent location and if it doesn't hold up.
