It’s great and I know now how much out of shape I am
Great toy but it lacked instruction manual

I think the InBody is great, with easy access to the app and seamless connectivity. However, the display could be more user-friendly for better visibility. Despite this, it provides accurate and detailed body composition analysis, making it a valuable tool for tracking progress.

Got this as a present for Christmas. The LCD screen wasn’t working from the start so had to exchange it for a new one. Took a little while to hear back from someone from customer services but once I did the process and exchange process was smooth and easy. Would recommend!!

I don’t personally like the scale. I find that it’s very inaccurate compared to other scales, including compared to my doctors. It also doesn’t pick up the additional data correctly - it can have huge swings in muscle/fat/waistline within minutes.

I had this scale for a week. The app is really good, they give you a nice amount of measurements and the auto recognition feature of the scale is excellent for multiple user of the same house. The scale ia consistent in all the metrics, that means you’re able to track your progress every day. I’ve tried different protocols of measurement of body fat (30min after wake up, with water, without water, end of the day 4h after the last meal and so on), although they were consistent, it was always wrong. I have a body fat of 17% and the scale would give me 11 to 12% every time. It was consistent, but quite wrong. For some reason, it doesn’t happen with my wife. All of their measurements were consistent and accurate (28% BF).In the end, I decided to buy a Tanita RD-545. It’s a much much better acquisition than this one. If you are going to pay a nice amount of dollar in a scale, it should, at least, measure you BF correctly. Do not recommend this scale.

Does what it says it will do. Works well as long as you understand the idiosyncrasies of bioelectric impedance (BEI) body composition analysis. That's also why I dinged it a star, though. They do not give you the ECW numbers to be able to determine how much hydration may be affecting the data on a particular measurement. That said, you've got it there at home, so you can figure out a consistent routine to try and take out the variability. Personally, every week or more, I wake up, get a drink of water and then my morning coffee. Let the coffee do it's job and on my way back from the toilet, use the scale. Should be in about the same state each time that way so the data is more consistent. I have compared with the much more expensive gym unit and the numbers agree well, although I miss the segmental analysis. The app is ... fine? It's slow and does what it does with very little choice for you on how you want to use or look at the data, but it shows it to you and does show the trends over time.

I recently purchased the Inbody Dial H30, hoping to gain a comprehensive understanding of my body composition. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by significant compatibility issues with its companion app. While the physical quality of the device itself seems sturdy and well-designed, the main issue arises with the app connectivity. To my dismay, the app consistently fails to recognize the H30 model, only showing support for the H20 version. This flaw makes many of the scale's smart features inaccessible, as I cannot sync any data or track my progress. The absence of app support for the H30 model is a considerable drawback. It's quite disheartening to invest in a health and fitness gadget, only to discover that you cannot fully utilize its features due to software incompatibilities.Furthermore, my experience with customer service has been disappointing. It's been over a week since I reached out for assistance, and I've yet to receive any response. This lack of communication adds to the frustration and diminishes my overall satisfaction with the product. In conclusion, while the Inbody Dial H30 had the potential to be an excellent health tracking tool, the app compatibility issue greatly diminishes its utility. I advise potential buyers to verify app compatibility thoroughly before making a purchase, to avoid the kind of disappointment I've faced.

The app was fairly easy to set up and the body weight readings are very accurate but the whole point of purchasing this device was to get accurate consistent body fat percentages and unfortunately it will give me three completely different readings within minutes. Yesterday I was 20.4% body fat, which I thought was a bit low and today I was 27.5% body fat which is ridiculously high for me. I hung on to the device for a while thinking that somehow it would "normalize" but it never did. On top of that there is a setting to get the results to sync with Apple health but it won't sync. I wrote it to customer support and no response. I ended up returning it! I really wanted it to work but it was just a waste of time and money.

I’m really pleased with this body fat scale and its app. Setup was seamless, and it connected instantly to my Samsung S24 Ultra with zero issues. The app is user-friendly and makes it easy to create individual profiles for each family member, so everyone can track their own stats. The scale makes it convenient to monitor our progress over time. Overall, it's been a reliable, easy-to-use tool for the whole family. Highly recommended for anyone looking to keep a closer eye on their health!

An sich funktioniert die Waage gut, leider liefert die Waage nich alle Daten, wie es bei der Inbody 970 der Fall ist. Deshalb für den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt
