Put the scale on the level of the ground,after the scale shows 0.0kg/0.0lb,you can step on the scale.
Stand steady in the middle of the scale.When the weight value is stable,the weight value is locked.
If you leave the scale and step on the scale again after locked,you can reweigh.
If you don't leave scale after locked, the value remained 8 seconds before the automatic shutdown.
If the scale displays "Lo",the battery is inefficient and should be replaced.

When not using the scale,don't put heavy objects on the scale for a long time.
When weighing,you should try to stand in the middle of the scale.
You should stand steady on the scale.
The scale can't be hit hard.
Do not use the scale where there is water.don't wash the scale with water.
Maintain the scale and your feet drying when weighing.
♥How to get an accurate number of your body weight?
Step 1: The scale must be placed on a horizontal hard surface without any cushions, and then make sure that the scale will not shake.
Step 2: When standing up to weight scale, make sure that your body is balanced and don't shake. If it shakes, the numbers will be different.
Step 3: Do not move the scale frequently. After moving the position, you need to weigh 3 times to get an accurate number.

So far I love this!I take it to the gym with me for my sauna and workout hydration numbers and for comp measurements when I travel. The mirror has actually come in handy a few times. Great idea.It's matched the same weight consistently with my home body scale and I weigh myself 3 times each time to ensure a more accurate weight for check ins.We'll see how it goes over time, but so far, so good.

I needed to track my child's weight daily while traveling. We were able to carry this scale in either checked or carry-on luggage. It is solid and compact, making it easy to pack.The scale is accurate, matching our home scale very closely. The battery lasted the full three week trip and did not require recharging.

I ordered this product for its size and weight being compact. But was completely disappointed in its accuracy. The weight results were anywhere from 1 pound to 4 pounds over or under at any time. The measuring tape that is included is an accurate also. I would rate this product a zero

Seems to not weigh correct at least 250g under most times, so if you work out what its deficit is you can work out true weight . Difficult due to size for standing on. Ok for me but wouldn’t be for someone unstable. Like the feature where it is also a mirror

The positives are that something so small and lightweight actually works, and that the scale (in its case) doesn't take much space in a travel bag. The negative aspect of 'small and easy to pack' is that the scale is too small for me to put both my feet (woman's size 7) completely on the surface. I had to hold onto something to keep from falling off, while wobbling. The directions state that you should not wobble, but unless a child is on the scale, you're going to wobble. But I wanted a travel scale, and it actually worked, so it's better than not having one. The case is overpriced, but it fits the scale well.One other thing is that although the scale surface is a nice shiny mirror, I would NOT place an object (the scale) that has been on the floor (a hotel bathroom) on a table, and I would NOT put my face near the surface that my feet have touched (wobbled on) after standing on a hotel bathroom floor. Ewww! But the shiny surface looks nice.

although this is a very small scale, and it looks really good, it is very difficult to stand on as it is very narrow. I also think it is about 4 ounces wrong on the weight. it will be easy to pack and we just have to be careful how we balance on it when we use it.

Needed an everyday as well as a travel scale for my cruise this previous August. Takes up very little room and put it in my carry on bag. Can be changed from pounds to kilograms on the back. Very accurate! On a noom diet and needed to weigh in daily. On downside, did not come with travel pouch. Got a padded envelope bag from the dollar store and used placed it during my travels.

Like several others from their reviews, we needed a scale to travel with, to discern when additional medication might be required. This absolutely fit the bill. Re the accuracy, I took off a star because it's five pounds from a 'tested' scale used before we departed. However, the five pounds off was a constant, thus it worked just fine for our needs. (i.e., it was always five pounds off, but the daily change was accurate.) I took off a star from the easy to use metric because it's a bit hard to read the small numbers from a distance. Aside from those two small quibbles, we're really happy with it, and very glad we bought it. The scale has already joined us for three trips. Well worth it!

The scales was not accurate wishing that I did not have to return them. I love that they had a stand. Quality appeared to be really good.
