Installation steps
Disassembly:
1. Remove the transmission pan bolts. Leave one so that the pan does not fall off.
2. The rear pan bolts may need to be rotated by 10 mm.
3. Put down the pan carefully. Fluid will continue draining.
Replace:
1. Remove the bolts fixing the transmission filter.
2. Slowly pull down the old filter. More fluid will drain. be careful.
3. Make sure the old filter O-ring is out and install the new filter.
Install:
1. Reinstall the pan, bolts and oil drain plug.
2. Tighten all bolts. Fill the transmission with approximately 8 to10 quarts of vehicle-specific fluid. Check the fluid level and you are done.

Compared to factory oem, just as good, but much cheaper. A thumbs up on this filter.
