My nice custom made boat cover finally fell apart. Didn’t want to spend $500 for a new custom. Found this one on Amazon. It doesn’t fit as well as custom of course, but it fits pretty darn well. It is waterproof and is holding up very well. For the price, this is a really good boat cover.

Purchased this cover because the old one shredded over the winter. This cover is heavier duty and is coated so rain/snow slides off.Has enough tie downs to secure all around. I don’t leave the cover on while trailering, so should last a long time.Well pleased.

Great fit. Just not as thick as my original custom built cover. But very good! Easy to cover my 18' IO boat. Love the fit and all 11 straps. Not to mention the elastic around the outside edge of the cover. GREAT FIT!

The tarp has a few features I like. The material is tough enough to tow my 14' fishing boat from Tampa Bay Fl to Vancouver Wa. No tears, no problems with the tarp or the strength. The straps and securment left me with a frown. Not so great. Two of them broke, and the rest got loose...I was going over the road a lot so I expected them to loosen from stretch. But a few just slipped. The 2 broken straps were my fault. They cut against the frame of the trailer where it wrapped around. I put a water bottle in there and that fixed the problem. The sag in the middle was overcome with a brace I bought to lift it up. Overall, the tarp is good, but replacing the straps is the fix for that issue.

Great boat cover, but I will not trailer on the highway with it.

So far so good, installed it only a few weeks now. Water pearls on it. Longer than my previous boat cover for the same advertised size. Very pleased with it. As far as durability, only time will tell. Usually the more expensive ones last me 3 years.

Would highly reccomend this cover, especially for the price. The bad reviews must be for the cheaper covers, because the 600D cover is strong, thick material and very waterproof. I have to use a hose to siphon the water out where it pools up. It's monsoon season with rain every day, and I have to drain the water probably every other day. Unfortunately the cover did end up getting a small rip due to the weight of the water causing it to pull against part of the windshield. I did originally buy posts to prevent the pooling from happening but they were far too short. I bought boat/canvas repair tape and taped both sides of the rip (about 2 inches long) and it's held up fine without ripping further in the past month. It hasn't rained in awhile, but I plan on buying the proper posts for it so that water doesn't pool up. It's also very easy to put on by yourself and has held up great to the winds that come with the monsoons

I purchased this to cover my existing boat cover, while storing my boat outdoors over the winter. And while it wasn't the easiest to get on my boat, it held up well to the wind and snowfall. When I returned to my boat in the Spring, there was a large pool of water on top of the boat cover. Unfortunately, there was still some water inside the boat that luckily my bilge was able to discharge. Otherwise, no rips, tears, and the buckles didn't break. Much better than using a tarp!

I read a lot of reviews for different boat covers before I purchased this. If I remember correctly from reviews on this cover, different colors have different designs. I needed the largest size and there wasn't a whole lot of inventory when I ordered, so I ended up getting the "sand" color because it was the only color in my size. My boat is funny shaped (1972 Hiliner 222 Gypsy), with a very tall windshield, so I wasn't sure this whole "universal cover" thing was going to work out.I was pleasantly surprised. The cover fits "perfect" from a universal cover standpoint. it covers the whole boat from bow (including over the bow rail), windshield to stern (including swim platform!). Its tight and with a "Camco 41970 Boat Cover Support" the rain water just falls right off.I couldn't be happier with this cover. Full disclosure: I don't tow the boat with the cover on. I tried it once and didn't like the feeling of the additional resistance it created. That being said I typically don't need the cover with me when I take the boat somewhere and then you have to put the cover someplace, so I take it off and tow it and then put the cover back on (pretty rare I need the cover at my destination, so it normally stays in the garage and gets put back on when I return).

Seems well made. Heavy and looks like good stitching. Has reinforcement material for bow and corners. Doesn't fit well. I ordered for 16 ft boat with 6 ft beam. It's 2 inches too short to fit over windshield and pole, 4 inches to narrow at windshield. Awkward to secure around front of motor.Need separate cover for motor. Straps are too short at windshield too. Elastic doesn't seem very strong. Will see if it stays on when trailering. Next size up won't work as it's way too big. Maybe Chinese don't have windshields on boats, but picture shows windshield. Disappointed but too much work to repackage for return. Big storm coming I don't want to leave boat uncovered either.

I bought this for my sons 17' bow rider. He was impressed with the quality and said the straps were attached well and the cover was not thin. It fit well. It hasn't gone through a winter yet but so far, so good.
