Features Width adjustable mounting strap. Mount and straps equipped with non-slip, non-scratch pads. Carries up to 25 kg (55 lb) on Ibera carriers. Compatibility PakRak touring carriers, and most third-party touring carriers. Fits round, oval, and other odd-shaped seat posts and seat post sizes. Extender provides 55.2mm (2.17") extra length. The clamp works well and fits very snug. I was able to get it installed relatively quickly. I have used my rear rack a few times now with moderate/light loading and haven't noticed any problems or shaking.

Got this for my new Aventon Ramblas e-mountain bike, so I could put a rear rack on without having to disassemble the dropper seat post from the lever on down. Mounted a Delta rear rack to it with no problem and it works great. I have had two other Strap-on (yeah, I know how that sounds) mounts and this one is a good one.

I needed an extension for my Ibera rack that has been on my Specialized bike for the past 4 1/2 years. Now I have a Trek Verve 2, and this extension is just the solution for this model. Installed this today, made sure all bolts were cranked down right and my rack and PakRak bag found a new home. Love it, seems to be solid and ready for a few years more.

I nuked the braze-ons on my bike. This is a great option for mounting a pannier rack if you strip the bike mounting points.
