This item starter recoil is not a match for Koehler part number 2511372 as stated on Amazon. This item is for serial number before 4225500011. It is a good product well build but if it doesn’t match my 6.5 SH265.

Did not fit my engine. If I search for a recoil starter for a CH440 Kohler, then I should only be shown starters that actually fit that engine.
