Great for hot or cold days for the water to stay cold or not freeze. The size is great for long runs. The bite valve could be more durable so I need that replaced every once and a while so it doesn't leak. The taste of the water is good.This product functions as intended and is a good quality for the price, especially with the warranty.

I wasn't sure how the slider mechanism would work but I've used this several times now on long hikes and a half-marathon. It keeps the water ice cold for hours and hasn't leaked at all. In fact, the slider closure works much better and easier than my other reservoir with a more traditional dial-style closure. It's easy to clean. I don't think I'll ever use my other reservoir in the summer again.

I picked this up to fit in my Salomon vest. I liked the idea of this one better than the Salomon brand because of its insulated properties. It fit in my vest perfectly, but the best part is it kept my water ice cold for hours.I filled it up at 0500 in the morning for a 15 mile trail race. By the start of the race at 0700 it was already 80 degrees out with 90% humidity. I drank from my Solomon flasks first, but by 1000 I was hitting the bladder. I fully expected it to be warm, especially since it was against my back through the vest. But that water was still ICE COLD after hours and being against my hot back.Couldn't be happier with the purchase. I highly recommend this bladder.

Have used this on some hot running days and keeps the water cool. Take note not to chew on the mouth piece too much, just a slight bite and the water flows fine.

Typically bite valve silicon last atleast a year for me, this one failed within a couple months. The tube is a different width than either my camelbak or osprey bladders, and their byte valve silicons don't work on this valve.other then that, it's very nice.

J'aime boire très frais, mais ma bouteille isotherme d'1l n'est pas toujours pratique et lourde, j'ai donc acheté cette poche à eau en espérant que l'eau reste fraiche un certain temps.Testée le 8.10.23 lors d'une via ferrata de 2h30 en plein soleil (et il faisait franchement chaud), j'ai mis de l'eau bien fraiche en partant de chez moi à 9h et elle l'etait toujours à 15h.Par contre le tuyau n'isole pas énormément, du coup il faut bien penser a repousser l'eau...Facilité pour la laver et la secher du fait que la poche se retourne.Je suis vraiment agréablement surprise, du coup je pense en racheter 1 pour mon mari et ma fille.Par contre dans le descriptif il est noté en accessoires 2 têtes de remplacement... ms elles n'y sont pas... dommage !

My Nathan VaporAir came with a non-insulated bladder, which simply doesn’t cut it in the Texas heat or on day-long hikes in warm weather. I got a Nathan insulated reservoir, which was atrocious: nasty chemical taste that wouldn’t go away after many washes and soaks in baking soda; a terrible design meant to minimize sloshing (a non-existent issue if you fill your reservoir properly) but which made the reservoir very difficult to slide into the hydration vest; and a lining too rigid to pull the reservoir inside-out for cleaning.The Hydrapak bladder solves all those problems. The bladder keeps my water appropriately cool over an entire day in mild weather (although you’ll want to slide an ice pack between the bladder and your body on warm and hot days); it is fully reversible for cleaning; and I did not experience any chemical taste after the first use (I’d filled it with a baking-soda solution prior to first use as well).It pairs very well with the HydraFusion Insulated Tube, which actually kept my water much colder than the reservoir itself in mild weather (due to not being in contact with my body heat).My only wish would be for the reservoir to be slightly bigger. It hasn’t been an issue yet, but my original bladder was 1.8L, then 1.6L for the Nathan insulated bladder, and this one only 1.5L. It should be possible to design a 2L bladder that fits most hydration vests.

Definitely keeps beverages cooler longer. The tubing doesn’t come with a sip cover. Also liquids trapped in tubing get warm and can travel back into the bag. If you blow in the tube to remove liquid from tubing, you’re heating the air in bag warming the liquid.Can’t tell how much is in the bag, but other than that good buy. Glad I bought it. Got the insulated vying which comes with a sip cover. The insulated tubing isn’t much better at keeping liquid in the tube cool, so I wouldn’t bother.
