I tried these for pole dancing, so Icould take on and off without removing my shoes. Unfortunately, velcro kept coming undone and slipping out of place due to the deep knee bend, holds and various choereo movements.

Went according to size chart but found out they come smaller than it says on the chart. Chart says u can size down for a tight fit but I wouldn’t recommend doing so since they come small already.

These are soft but have enough padding to really work. I think they are well worth buying. They stay in place really well too!

I am an avid dancer and I bruise super easy. Just about any time I do floor work my knees take a beating. These are amazing. They are comfortable to wear, the Velcro has never come undone and the cool grip lines on the inside actually hold it in place so they don’t move (and I usually wear them over my dance pants). Highly recommend.

I bought this for my daughter for basketball, and it work amazing. When she falls it protects Her kneel and she is able to get back up and continue the game. When I put in the washer it doesn’t lint and the fabric doesn’t get loose or anything. It’s like I never put it in the washer before. It stretches around her kneel properly and the part where it stretchesit sticks very well. It is worth paying it

Loved these knee pads. Great quality and if you have big calves like me then the adjustable Velcro is a must. If you are wearing shorts you will need to adjust them so the Velcro doesn’t touch bare skin but that’s something easily fixed. I like that they don’t hamper knee movement.
