I got this less for looks and performance, and more for its ability to dampen the reflection of the sun.I do a lot of driving in sunrise and sunset hours, and with the grey colored Maverick I get a LOT of sun glare off the hood.This eliminated darn near all of it.Super happy with its performance.

This is a very well made and easy to install decorative piece that dresses up the front of the Maverick very nicely. It has a lip that fits over the edge of the hood and all sides sit perfectly on the hood. I also like that it's textured and a glossy finish which looks great and needs no painting. Well worth the money if you're looking for something like this.

This is a very cheap piece of plastic. It's shiny and textured and looks very cheap. In less than a months' time it has already started to melt and it's not even the summer heat yet. The front corner is not only peeling off of the hood but bending up from the melting. Should have stuck with Air Design. Their stuff is generally more expensive, but the reason is the much higher quality. This product didn't fit on the hood well when it came out of the box, but I expected the 3M tape to help it hold the shape of the hood. This wasn't the case and it's only gotten worse with the melting. Buyer beware, you will not be happy trying to save money with this piece.There is only 3M tape on this, no epoxy, so the ease of installation is very easy. However this has the negative effect of the piece not holding to the shape of the vehicle. It does not offer any benefits to your airflow or mileage, don't believe that. In general, I would just stay away, this is a waste of your money.

Adds a nice look to the truck. Easy install and the adhesive holds up well. A little lighter than I expected but the price is fair.

It was a fast installation. It looks good. It hooks a little over the back of the hood at the cowl for a strong hold.
