This camping mattress is very comfortable to sleep on, it's about 4 inches thick has a very nice zipper cover over it, comes with an elastic tie-down scene roll it up it does roll up about 3 ft so it's not real compact but not terrible either and how small it will fold down. Well worth it to combine this on a cot to make camping even more comfortable. I brought this up to the hospital and my mom was sick and it made the terrible little guest bed that they provide way better. Would absolutely recommend this for camping, guests or emergencies.

It is not a memory foam. Its a basic egg crate foam. Not bad if your out for just any foam. But not for those people that like memory foam material.
