Just what I needed for my dewalt hog fastener. Be aware they are on the smaller side so I had a rather hard time attaching chicken wire to hog panels for our outdoor chicken run, but after some trial & error I found a method that wasted less staples and caused me to cuss LESS. Still a great product though!

Cheaper Chinese clips work just as well, but these work fine for bagging ice

I used these to attach chicken wire to my cattle panels in order to keep the chickens out of my garden. The tool worked great for my use. I was able to hook the side of the tool on the wire and stretch it tight then close the ring around it pulling it snug in place. Definitely not a project I could do by myself otherwise. Plenty of rings in the refill pack to finish the job

Someone gave me a Dewalt Hog Ring Fastener as a gift. While the tool is not hard to use it only has one size of ring you can use and it does not close the rings tight enough. It doesnt have any tention adjustments.I use it for quick minor repairs of the chicken fence wire on our chicken coops but thats it.

I loved what it could do. Unfortunately it missed a lot so I took it apart and elongated the screw hole to make it work like I wanted it to work. The two clamping jaws were miss aligned.

Little disappointed you need the special stapler to use these. Which u cant find anywhere in the small town i live.
