The sliding attachment doesn't fit my Pearl high hat stand so I can’t mount it where it needs to be. It has a cheap sound as well.

The chimes are smaller than anticipated- not very loud and sound is high pitched. Not a bad product- solid construction.

If you're thinking of getting a hi-hat or mounted tambourine, but aren't 100% sure you need a pricey one, this is a great bang-for-the-buck starter option. I know people who have bought expensive ones only to figure out they didn't use them. Before spending that money try this one for yourself.

Common good quality hat tambourine found on Amazon for a fair price. There are many sellers on Amazon selling this item so be sure to check that you have the best price at the time. Adds a nice sleigh bell sound that complements the hi hat chick with the foot. Also the half moon design allows for stick work on the hat cymbal. Complaints about the tambourine spinning around the hi hat pull rod was solved by removing the tambourine wing nut and then replacing it with a hi hat clutch, mount tightly between the two flanges no felts. Worked out fine for my style on playing !
