Helicoil kits I've purchased in the past came in a soft plastic pouch, with the drill bit, tap, inserts in a plastic tube and a two piece installation tool. This one comes in a reusable blister pack, no drill bit and a one piece installation tool. Not saying it's good or bad, just different. This image is for a different part number, but same packaging/contents.

Heli - coil is the original and still the best thread repair insert. Helicoil inserts allow thread repair on thin material where other inserts will not work. They are fast and easy to use. This kit comes with everything you need including the install tool.
