I will be returning this. First off it came disassembled, which was annoying. It also was the wrong color and it’s supper cheap. It’s already coming apart after 25 minuets of play. All parts are very cheap.

I purchased this for my practice kit at home, and was so surprised at the quality and durability. The action is great and it plays beautifully. EXCELLENT value.

I am using this pedal on my electronic practice kit. (My acoustic pedal is the terrific DW9000). This pedal is very well built with all of the adjustments that one would need. It is quiet and responsive. Highly recommended as a first pedal. I give this pedal 5 stars, not because it is the best product made, but because it is very well thought out and an extremly good value.

I did not have an opportunity to actually tryout this pedal as it arrived without the beater mallet. I did get to look over the construction of the pedal and seems pretty solid, basic, but solid. I am going to order a different pedal, as it is close to Christmas and don't want the chance of something else happening. I would try this pedal if circumstances were different as it seem good for the price. I hope this helps your decision whether to purchase or not, if it did, please vote. Thank you!

it works really well. it is sturdy and has good kick back. my only complaint (and it has nothing to do with quality) is that it is very heavy, and I haul my drums around a lot, and it adds a fair amount of weight to carry around. also it doesn't fit uniformly with the rest of my hardware. but it seems high quality, and it sounds and feels good. and it is is a really good price for this quality of product. I would recommend.

I am a pretty amateur drummer, but I like the quality of this thing's build. Only complaint I have is that the felt pad on the mallet has already fallen off (of course right before a gig). I turned it around for the night and used the hard plastic side, but it sounded different and I had to soften its sound with some duct tape where it hits the drum. Other than that, I am happy with this pedal for the price.

The pedal is fine at the price point, but for $30 or so more you can get a decent drum pedal with a better beater. I bought it this summer to mount on a unique bass drum I made
