These cleats are junk. The weak point is the adjusters because of the metal and plastic being used. They should be using a metal housing for the metal adjusters. After just a few uses, the plastic housing wears out, making it unusable and not able to remove the shoe from the cleat. Very dangerous! I was glad I wasn't riding when I found this out. The only good thing about these cleats are the screws.

ordered didnt open til i needed it a month later and of course it was already broken and i could not return smh save your money this is a rip off
