The item was listed as a 5 pack of drills. I received a small cardboard box that had only 1 drill bit it it. I didn't receive what was listed.

That's why you buy a 5 pack. You have to expect some to break. I was drilling a fairly mild steel, in reverse actually. Drilling in reverse keeps from biting too quick and destroying the bit or the piece. I had my first one break, but not before I got the job done. It did break off in the hole, but I was able to drive the broken piece out with a tiny screwdriver.I used a second bit to clean up and round out the hole. Perfect. I recommend.
