Uses of Various Sand Discs

1. Brown corundum torque sand disc

Alumina abrasive is mainly used for deburring welds, removing dirt and cleaning molds. It is suitable for grinding aluminum alloy products, minerals, metals, glass and crystals.

2. Silicon carbide sand disc

Silicon carbide sand discs can effectively grind and cut metal materials. It is mainly used for aircraft fuselage and engine parts, aluminum alloy materials, composite materials and graphite material parts.

3. Zirconia corundum sand disc

The surface of its zirconium oxide grinding disc has a special coating, which can minimize the heat and combustion generated during grinding. These little monsters eat up chips left on a welding table extremely fast. The larger 3" diameter on a die grinder gets a lot of work done quickly.I can use it to shape and clean up welds, and it works much quicker than a regular 2" roloc disc.They spin in without issue, and I haven't had any problems with them falling apart.Overall great discs.Highly recomended.
