Not much to say about this other than it does what it's supposed to. I like that it comes with the added hook and that it can fold up flat if needed. Welds all look to be good. Looking forward to getting this thing set up on the porch.

It's nice. It's metal, what else could you ask for? It was easy to install for me, but I'm an avid professional renter. It's solid metal so no worry about it breaking. It's much stronger than the hammock it's holding. Just make sure to anchor it into sturdy framing, or something like 4x4 lumber and you'll have no problems.Also it's cheap enough to warrant a 5 star review.

This is perfect for a tire swing from a tree, rope swing or disk swing on an activity set. This is very heavy duty. It would certainly offer plenty of strength & flexibility for use to hold up a hammock or fasten a porch swing to the porch. But it's also great for use on children's swing sets, activity centers, tree swings & tire swings.I got this to attach a disk swing to my little one's outdoor activity center. I'm planning to get another to attach a climbing rope to the center as well. This is the perfect fastener for anything that swings & rotates. It probably would work well for a regular swing, because it rotates & that would allow to much play for a swing that needs to go back and forth. But for things that twist such as swings with a central fastening point, such as a disk or tire swing, a hammock swing or climbing rope, this is the perfect solution. I got this for the disk swing on my child's activity set & plan to get a couple more, one for a climbing rope that has a swing seat attached & another to attach a rope for climbing up onto the fort area of her activity center. I'm sure there are many other uses for a fastener like this. It's extremely strong & is made to handle any swinging & twisting motion of any activity device. I've been very happy with it's strength, both in holding up objects on the activity center & handling the kind of abuse that kids an dish out on their play equipment. This is designed to be strong, tough & take repeated use without breaking or giving way. I ordered one to try it out & I'll be going back & getting at least a couple more for other activity equipment. It can be used inside or outside & the ball bearings in the swivel portion of the hook have really held up well. If you're designing an activity center, putting up a hammock or a swing, definitely consider this fastener. You won't be disappointed.

Using this to hang a 300 pound punching bag. This device fits the ticket for what I needed to hang my bag in the basement. Very solid.
