I was able to install it with out using the connection due to not been able to un-do the original plug been a bit far from my reach cut and connect on the light side to use the water seal

The part seems well made but it does NOT fit a 2002 F150 King Ranch. Returning it for that reason

Nice smoke color gets rid of the boring stock look. The leds are much brighter than the standard bulbs and allows for cars and trucks to see the 3rd break light more easily when towing my small trailer or boat. The cargo leds add much more lite for night time loading/unloading.

I love LEDs, but I don’t care for the look of seeing individual LED bulbs on a “classic” vehicle. This seemed to be the best aftermarket option available. Not too tacky for my taste. I’m really glad I got this one. Brake light is good and bright and the cargo lamps are incredibly bright. My F150 is a ‘98 and Ford sure did stuff the connector far under the headliner. Be careful with your headliner when installing.
