Working with a fellow shooter and lubrication engineer, I developed Slide-Glide over the course of my twenty-year professional competitive shooting career.
Slide-Glide provides a dramatic improvement in lubrication compared to conventional oils and greases such as lithium, or lithium-based metallic greases containing molybdenum or graphite. It is engineered to have a stringy characteristic that prevents tracking or shearing on sliding metal surfaces. It stays put - ceaselessly dragging itself back into the friction areas of the cycling slide and barrel. Its stringy characteristic keeps the grease between the moving parts - noticeably softening the felt recoil of semi-atuomatic pistols. Your pistol just feels smoother when you shoot it.
And Slide-Glide isn't just for pistols. It slicks up revolver actions, pump and semi-automatic shotguns, semi-automatic, bolt and lever-action rifles, and even your favorite reloading press. Some trolls doubt the reliability of the SA Prodigy 2011 4.25 chambered in 9mm and it's ability to cycle hundreds of rounds. I've put over a thousand rounds through mine, without cleaning, and no issues using this lubricant.

this stuff is amazing!!!, I use it on every firearm I own and even a few other places where I want the lubrication to stay put (door hinges, my office chair). Really smooths out the action, worked wonders on my Mosin Nagant M91/30, the bolt has a lot of slop and after fireing about 3- 7 rounds would bind up a lot but with this stuff it doesn't seem to bind even after 20+ rounds have cycled through it. Now this stuff does collect a lot of crap so after a while your piece is gonna look pretty dirty, but keep in mind that part of the awesomeness of this stuff is that it traps and ISOLATES the dirt, grit, and gunk, protecting the metal peices better than average gun oil, so resist cleaning the action untill you can' t take it anymore! Great product and I recommend it to everybody I know who is into guns, and a even a few of my friend who aren't
