If you’ve got firearms these are a must have. I basically have a 6mo routine where I go to my safe and wipe down all of mine with these wipes.Even if you don’t think you live in a humid area you’ve got some humidity and it’ll ruin metal. After I go to the range or hunting I wipe everything down with these Remington wipes and I love them. They’re a staple in my safe.

If you don't oil your...goods...rust sets in, these are solid for that purpose.

These are great if you use vintage guns and need to keep them from degrading from finger prints, sweat and maybe moisture. I’ve learned that lesson the hard way.

Excellent wipes. I would probably give them a five if the container was better. The lid doesn't close very well, and the wipes don't tear off easily at all.I completely understand complaints about them showing up dried out. I'd complain too. But when properly stored (by sellers) and shipped, these have so much oil on them, it's too much oil by a factor of two. For just putting a light sheen on a carry handgun after I remove it from a leather holster and put it away? I can get 2-3 uses out of one, easily. I keep them in a zip lock baggie on my pistol safe. There is easily enough oil on one to wipe down a full sized matte finished, bulled barrel rifle.They are the cat's meow for a wet day in the field, or range.I'm not sure people who complain about these wipes not being good cleaners, understand the actual process of maintaining a firearm, and it's likely questionable if they should even own one.These are very expensive, compared to a bottle of Hoppe's, an old t shirt, and a knife or scissors. They are also handy as all get out, and much easier to use when not at a workbench.
