Was replacing the case on my Nintendo Switch Lite and decided I should upgrade the joycons as well. A case swap is pretty extensive, you have to disassemble the entire console and move it over to the new case. Replacing just the joycons would have been just as extensive as you have to remove most of the parts in order to get to the joycons. It’s easier than other systems but you need to be careful as it’s easy to break the ribbon connectors. After install you need to recalibrate the joycons. I bought two pairs and all 4 joycons worked and had the genuine markings on them. Overall I’m pretty happy with the upgrade, the movement feels tighter and I like the different colors that come in the box. They do feel a little slick compared to the originals but hopefully that goes away over time.

I ordered this on the 22nd. Got delivery notification on the 24th. Saying USPS left it in my mailbox. USPS didn't actually deliver said product. I contacted Amazon, and Gulikit through their website and Amazon store page. Informing both parties of this. As well as requesting the replacement not be shipped though USPS again. Well Amazon went ahead and sent the replacement through USPS again. I get a delivery notification today, the 27th. That USPS has left my Amazon delivery in my mailbox. When I open my mailbox. The Amazon package is inside already open and empty. Not at the tearable seam either, at the end that's sealed by Amazon after placing the product inside. I contacted Amazon about this. Then they tell me there's nothing they can do but refund my money. They can't send a replacement because they already sent one. So I don't get what I ordered. Even though what happened is out of my hands. Also why I messaged Amazon and Gulikit not to send the item via USPS. So I never got what I ordered on the 22nd. Which was supposed to be my birthday present to myself on the 24th. Amazon is a joke. So is Gulikit for using Amazon as their only store front. At this point and time I don't recommend Gulikit or Amazon.

Bought these to replace another set of Gulikit TMR joysticks. Upon receiving these I noticed that the ribbon cables were blue instead of orange and did not have the signature TMR V3.3 inscribed on them, leading me to believe these are not a genuine product.Photos:Installed on the joycons are the ones I most recently purchased. The one I am holding are the ones that they’re supposed to appear as.

I've used the before, I hope you enjoy freedom from stick drift!

Not the easiest to install just due to the process of opening the joy cons but not bad if you're savvy. I was replacing my joycon shells anyway so quick drop in and I never have to worry about stick drift again. If you're confident or willing to very slowly follow a walk through this project is definitely worth it.

Works perfectly after calibration with the built in function on switch, a tiny bit stiffer than the original, replaced the original one while I cleaned my switch lite. No issues after 8 hours of playing.

Only downside is that the original sticks have a better grip texture. These are a bit more slick/less friction for better feel/use, but not bad enough to be ignorable after a bit.

Considering how cheaply made the original Joycons feel, these Hall Effect replacements feel like a night and day difference. When installed and calibrated, they feel nice and tight with peace of mind that they won't start drifting after 6 months to a year. The ability to change out the thumbstick caps is a nice bonus as well, and I am willing to bet that there are larger caps out there if you find these or the OEM Nintendo caps are too small or not grippy enough.
