Really sad about this item and sad I didn't rest it sooner but we bought it before my baby was on purees since it was on sale. I was going to order the old or model before this once when Amazon had a suggestion to order the new model and it also saves a bit more space. Unfortunately after the 3rd puree I made, the lid was sliding past the part that pushes down to tell the machine it's locked. I first made sweet potato puree and cleaned the machine with self clean and detergent twice and the sweet potato stained parts of it. It's extremely loud. I think I'll have to spend money on a different machine.

My product doesn't work. I was so looking forward to using this for my baby boy. Everything lines up correctly, the water is filled to the correct line, I tried multiple outlets but it just doesn't turn on. No lights come up on the control knob.And because I'm not in the states, it's more hassle and expense to try returning it. Wasted money.

Works really nicely, but can be pretty loud. It can take a bit of time to figure out the timing needed to get veggies soft enough for finger foods, but not mushy. If you are using for purees, it's great: steams and purees all in one dish.

Really like the cleaning feature/ food prep modes when cooking. it randomly popping on while running the feature was a bit of a surprise to my husband, who turned it off thinking I lost my mind and forgot to turn the unit off. LOL

I used to have an older model of this brand with my first child and loved it. This is more compact and I love that i can steam and blend my babies food all at once. Clean up is pretty easy and overall this make my life easier. i love it
