I am very disappointed with the customer service provided. Despite marking my emails as urgent, there was no response unless I explicitly stated it was an emergency. In Canada, it's standard for companies to respond within one business day.When I needed support, they required an invoice, and when I sent an Amazon invoice by iPhone screenshot , they claimed it wasn’t accessible and then requested a fee for further assistance. If payment is required, why ask for proof of purchase, does this mean I can’t purchase replacement parts without an invoice?Most importantly, the response time was incredibly slow, and we needed baby food urgently. The customer service handling was exceedingly slow and unhelpful. The blender attachment is also quite impractical and difficult to clean.Hope the company will address these issues to improve their customer service and product usability in the future.

I saw a video of a mom using one of these and i knew i had to have it!! I have 0 complaints about this machine. Steams quickly, blends perfectly in seconds. super easy to use and clean! would definitely recommend this to anybody interested in making their own baby food!

It is extremely easy to use. Easy to clean. It comes with recipes and a book with what to feed baby at each stage. I have zero complaints. I am so happy with this product

Ok.I never write reviews but now I think this one needs one.I purchased this product may 16 and been using it five times then suddenly the blade got damaged and it spills all the liquid on the counter. Can’t use it anymore. I don’t know where to find new replacement parts for the blade, Amazon doesn’t sell them. I found them on their website but the cost and delivery fees is half the price of the product , which is in my opinion very expensive for just one part. Yes it has one year warranty but it’s brand new and quit working.The cleaning part is easy for the food tank but the boiler is hard to clean, you need to take the whole tray with the plug cord to the sink because the boiler tank it’s attached to the whole system .It’s easy to use but food comes out somehow dry compared to conventional steaming ( on the stove )I loved this product because it’s less mess in the kitchen and it has the food processor right there, too bad it quit working .

Very easy to use. Nozzle for steaming with different minutes, and push down button for pureeing. Steam and puree in one container. It's small, so if youre looking to make batches to freeze, better use something bigger but it is perfect for small counter space for if you are making fresh meals every couple of days.I am happy with this food maker, especially for the price point. Definitely recommend.
