Great functionality and made from solid materials. Haven’t had any issues with them holding straps tight or letting go when in the locked position. They each have a working load of 3300lbs.

I purchased these to go with lasso straps to secure the tires of my Can-Am Maverick Trail 1000 in the back of my long bed truck. They were very easy to put together (undo the bolt to add J hook) and super easy to use after watching a Youtube video on how to use a ratchet. :) I used the lower front & rear tie-down anchors of the truck bed. The only issue I had was due to the size of the ratchet, hard to get them open for a full release, close proximity to the tire & bed sidewall.
