Premium Costa Rica green coffee beans with elegant and refined flavors. Tart cherry and sweet orange top notes are balanced with smooth chocolate base notes. Rich layers of caramel and plum linger in the finish.
This single origin Costa Rican raw coffee is farmed on the reputable La Minita Estate. The farm lies along the Tarrazu river renowned for producing great tasting arabica coffee. Here, coffee grows under a canopy of trees which provide essential nitrogen and natural fertilizer.

Medium Roast develops a structured cup with bright cherry, plum and sweet orange top notes. Smooth chocolate base notes and rich layers of caramel rounds this Costa Rica unroasted coffee.
Dark roast extracts dark chocolate notes and a cherry jam sweetness.

I've bought from them for over a year. Always top-tier coffee at a reasonable price. This particular variety really impressed with very interesting flavor. Had to check to make sure they weren't going to sell out of it. Will reorder. Tried many of their offerings. All good. Also this is a woman owned company. I'm a guy, but that should make no difference.

I roast my own beans I enjoy the flavor. This bag though has a lot of hair , burlap string and white string in it. I dont know why there so dirty. It was a pain to go over every bit of the beans before I roasted them. I will consider another brand next time.

This is a very good coffee. It roasts up easy. Bruce usually. And it taste great and smells great.

This must be what they sweep off the floor after all the good quality beans are hand sorted, filled with deformed, cracked, broken beans. Roasts uneven. This stuff is awful. Buy from Sweet Marias or Coffee Bean Corral, you’ll be glad you did

I have tried a few options from Grand Parade and a few other companies.Costa Rica Tarrazu La Minita consistently makes the best cup of coffee I have ever had.Roasting setup:$5 dollar popcorn machine.I take these beans past the first crack and stop once I hear the the 2nd crack starting.
