Ordered 3 lb bag of these unroasted beans to try. I like Light to Medium roasted coffee. I received a 1 lb bag. I tried to contact the seller through Amazon but found that Amazon handles customer service for this item. Amazon customer service AI resulted in "sorry this item is not returnable." I looked up the company website and contacted them directly and they made it right by sending me the additional 2 lbs. Recommend just buying the beans from the company directly. The beans are good for a light to medium roast.
